Meet Toffee Apple and Blackjack

Toffee Apple and Blackjack were our original boys, and they certainly made a memorable pair!

Toffee Apple was the biggest guinea pig we had ever had, weighing an impressive 1.9kg. He had a big personality to match his size and was something of a practical joker. He would happily trick poor Blackjack if it meant getting first dibs on the food or reclaiming his favourite comfy spot.

He knew exactly how to get his own way, and his cheeky antics made him a character you couldn't help but love.

Blackjack, by contrast, was the smallest guinea pig we had ever had. He was a much more nervous little piggy, but he had Toffee Apple by his side. He followed him around like a proper sidekick, taking confidence from his larger companion and gradually finding the courage to explore.

Together, they had a wonderful dynamic. Toffee Apple was the confident, mischievous leader, while Blackjack was his loyal little shadow.

That relationship inspired this festive illustration. Toffee Apple's cheeky personality made a naughty elf outfit the perfect choice, while Blackjack peeking out of the Christmas stocking adds a little extra character to the scene.

It's a fun tribute to two very special guinea pigs and the unique friendships that make life with piggies so entertaining.

Choose Your Card Type

This Christmas guinea pig card is available in two options, both priced at £3.50.

Regular Christmas Card

Our regular version is printed on quality 300gsm matt card, giving it a smooth finish and a lovely sturdy feel.

The inside is fully printed with a festive design and a Christmas greeting, leaving space for you to write your own personal message.

Each regular card comes with a recycled brown paper envelope.

Seeded Christmas Card

Want to give your Christmas card a second life after the festive season?

Our seeded option is printed on 200gsm Meadow Mix seeded paper, containing a mixture of wildflower and grass seeds. The seeds are visible within the paper, giving the card a distinctive natural texture and appearance.

Once you've finished enjoying the card, the seeded paper can be planted according to the seed paper's planting instructions. With the right conditions, the seeds have the chance to grow into flowers and grasses rather than the paper simply being thrown away.

The seeded version also comes with a recycled brown paper envelope.

Please note: The flowers and plants grown from the seeded paper are not intended as food for guinea pigs or other pets.

Two Free Christmas Gift Tags Included

Every card comes with two free Christmas gift tags as a little festive bonus.

The tags feature our Earl Grey and Teacake Christmas wreath illustration, with a Merry Christmas message and blue and white twine. They're perfect for adding to presents for fellow guinea pig lovers, friends and family.

Each order includes:

• One Toffee Apple and Blackjack Christmas card
• Your choice of Regular or Seeded card stock
• One recycled brown paper envelope
• Two free Christmas gift tags
